MREB's Charity Golf Tournament in Support of The Dam 

As one of the largest boards in Canada, the Mississauga Real Estate Board (MREB) is a not-for-profit corporation that dedicated years to the growth of the profession and ethical practices within the Real Estate field. Through education, field monitoring, affiliation with private sector suppliers and community concerns, the Board has maintained services for over 65 years, and actively advocates on issues relating to Municipal, Provincial and Federal regulations, as well as protects consumer “homeowner” interests in Mississauga.

As MREB has grown, so has its endeavours to raise funds for local community shelter-based charities by hosting various fundraising events. In past years, we have raised an astounding accumulative $500,000, a figure that could not have been possible without the backing of benevolent sponsors. 

We hope to grow that number further! Every year since 2007, the Mississauga Real Estate Board organizes a Charity Golf Tournament supporting a specific charity. This year, any proceeds gathered will be in support of The Dam.

The Dam partners with youth, ages 13-19, to create an inclusive community where all are welcomed, valued, and respected; where youth are empowered to discover their worth, enabling them to grow and thrive. Their programs provide youth with a place to Belong, Connect and Lead as they grow in their communities.

MREB’s goal is to raise $20,000; however, we cannot do this alone and encourage local businesses to participate in our quest to raise these funds for a notable charity. By becoming one of our sponsors, you will be helping youths overcome adverse childhood experiences, such as physical and mental abuse or neglect.
